Information Gathered from Visitors

Pub Patron respects your privacy. As part of our commitment to privacy, we strive to only store the minimum required data to provide and improve our service, and where possible - we anonymise our collected datasets.

In common with other websites, log files are stored on our web server saving details such as your IP address, browser type, the referring page and time of visit.

Cookies and local storage may be used to remember your preferences when interacting with our website.

Cookies are small digital signature files that are stored by your browser, local storage is also isolated within your browser. These mechanisms allow your preferences to be recorded when visiting Pub Patron. They may be used to track your return visits to the website.

A subset of this technical information, in an anonymised manner, may be shared with third-party advertisers that work closely with Pub Patron.

If you elect to make contact via a contact form or email; your name, email address, and other information related to your query will be stored on our email servers and clients.

Any personal information sent to us via contact form or email will not be shared with third-party advertisers.

If you opt to use our Find a Pub technology, we may record the location and personalisation details that you supply in an anonymised manner. We do this to tailor the results to your chosen criteria and to help us understand how to better serve you and promote independent pubs.

We may share anonymised statistics related to our Find a Pub technology with third-parties, such as independent pubs, breweries, and advertisers.
